If you look at their methodologies, they’re pulling housing prices from Greater Houston’s 10,000 sq mi. Vs Manhattan’s 22sq mi. Stupid comparison.

Manhattan is not all of New York. There are 5 boroughs in the city. Across the city the median home price is $750k not $2M in just Manhattan.
