the movie had gorgeous sets. i wish the movie had real Broadway singers. It's biggest fault was casting Butler IMO

I saw the movie before I saw the stage performance and was surprised where it was in the play. I was surprised by the business as usual attitude lol

Also the chandelier falls slower on Broadway than it does in any other production (except for the west end)

In the movie, the camera still pans downward, almost like the audience falls rather than the chandelier! Schumacher’s a genius
