Mitsubishi NP V6 pajero , had cases of ECU being wiped due to bad plugs and none OEM leads.. it does happen... shield the right wires , prob fix

MSD Noise Filters 8830MSD put a filter on it. But I’d go Fueltech, Micro good for drag I’ve got one but street/road get something else

Look into Haltech products. They aren't cheap but so nice to use. You can swap the ecu between different cars too.
