Pistachio Kunafa Croissant 🥐🍫 We all have seen and loved the viral Dubai chocolate but in a croissant form? OH MY!! Also it’s a lot easier to make than the chocolate and less messy - I’ve seen some cafes selling this too, around £5 a croissant 🤯 trust me just make it!! Makes 3-4 - 3-4 croissants - 150g kadayif/kataifi pastry - 2-3 tbsp butter - 5 tbsp pistachio creme - 2 tbsp tahini Tips: I like to warm up my pistachio creme jar in the microwave so it’s easier to mix and also whilst the pastry is still hot - then allow to cool down before filling the croissants.
