It works but you can't put foundation over it. If you use too much it turns white.

These are like shrink wrap and these usually have sodium silicate / not good with makeup though - pills and possibly crack lol

It does what it says but if you add ANY liquid to it, it’s useless! If you’re not completely hydrated underneath your eyes, it leaves a white residue/
