They have paint that looks like a very dark cherry… it should cover , and you can always do high gloss black

that's ok.. I moved in to a 110 year old farmhouse.. lifted the carpet and discovered hardwood floors!!!... that were painted baby blue.

They did this to my rental unit. Just wait until that paint starts coming off and sticking to your feet. Literal nightmare.
