I've got banana (plantain?) trees over here in St. Pete. My crop is always super small or fails. No good fruits to eat. What should I do?

With the unseasonably cold weather we’re having are you planting cold weather crops (like garlic) early?

Hi! Can you please share details of how you plant them and how long it takes for harvest? Do you just plant the seed directly into soil? Can’t seem to sprout mine 😭
