A prepper on YouTube found out through a lot of research that Berkey never tested it to 3000 gallons. It was just an estimate.

I drink straight off a artesian well. I go to , and probably should use a filter , but if nothing is floating in the jug , I call it good to go 🤷♂️

No matter what you still have to make your water drinkable. Even if you made a filter from coal you make yourself. Still filtered.
