CPS is different in every state. In WA we don’t have that authority at all. If police won’t help us we go to court.

I was one of those kids. They did NOTHING it was so bad I wanted to be with my aunt and grandma they came my mom would just hide they would leave.

what she's also not saying is that 99% of all of those immediate danger are false flags. so they end up taking kids that weren't in immediate danger

It’s different in every state. In OK, cps cannot remove kids without a court order, and police are always called if there is going to be a removal.
