home visits are usually done in prek. its to see the childs behavior in their home compared to how they are in school. its a pretty common practice

My son was in Sped PK at 2 and 3 years old. That was 2 (half day) days in school and 1 home vist per week at 2 y.o. and 5 (half day) days at school and 2 home visits a month at 3 y.o. So only 2 visits a year sounded weird to me but for obviously different reasons, lol... 😅😅😅
