@cartergood: HIIT cardio is one of the most overrated fitness trends. It does help you burn more calories than traditional cardio, but the difference is so small it’s not worth it. Plus, most people don’t realize how difficult it actually is. If you’re doing it right, you should only be able to do it 1-2 times per week max. A much better approach to exercise is to make strength training the focus. This will help you build muscle and get better fat loss results. Then id include some low-intensity cardio like walking, which is a LOT easier and more sustainable. So that’s my take. But I’m curious what your thoughts are?
