I'm just confused cause people add a pinch to their water bottle but is it just 1 bottle a day cause for a gallon of water it says to add 1/2 tea spoon so if I'm drinking like 13 cups of water to equal a gallon wouldn't I be drinking way more salt then just adding it to the gallon directly
