It’s got blue badges, displaying clearly in the window and you’re allowed to park on a double yellow line as long as it’s got no lines on the pavement

Blue badge holders can park on double yellow lines unless there is yellow markers on the kerbs and she should know this!

For all people saying they shud be ticketed and fined really don't have no knowledge on public money. Yes fine them fair enough but the fine will be paid by tax payers money meaning YOU pay the fine. That fine will be paid back into Public money so there has been no gain.
