That’s how we lock the steering ask any tow guy. I usually put a safety strap along with the seatbelt but that’s just me

Lol I drive a heavy duty tow truck and when you tow a veichle from the rear end you always supposed to tie up the steering wheel with the seatbelt

As a semi professional tow operator I’d say the weakest link there is the Volvo tow pin on the causality side but he’s got safety chains he’s 👍🏻
