As hard as it is- it’s okay to put him safely in his crib and shut the door and walk away for a little.. I know it still hurts but necessary sometimes

Swaddle him up, lay him somewhere safe, and do something relaxing for yourself for 5 minutes. Repeat “ it is not me, I have loved and cared for him”

Do you wear ear plugs? I used Mack’s foam ear plugs from Amazon to take the edge off hearing the screams with my daughter’s colic.

What helped my daughter was a formula with pre and pro biotics. Almost and immediate improvement within like one day. Praying for you two!

I’m so sure you have tried this but give mylicon before you do the feeding so it can coat the belly. It’s the only thing that helped my son.

My colicky son enjoyed outside. I’d take him out in his stroller and he’s calm down. Or a bath! The bath soothed him as well. Look into possible dairy
