Sazon completa Instructions In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the minced garlic, sour orange juice, achiote oil and the homemade sazón mix / spices. Toss well, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. In a large shallow dish, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and sazón completa. Stir to combine. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess liquid to drip off. Add the chicken pieces to the seasoned flour mixture, tossing until they are fully coated and set it aside.  In a deep pan or Dutch oven, heat about 2 inches of oil to 350°F. Working in batches, carefully drop the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil. Fry for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
