Dry brine Turkey by coating in kosher salt, wrapping in Turkey bag or plastic container and let sit in fridge 1-2 days 2. Pat dry and put back in fridge uncovered 4-6 hours to dry out skin 3. Let Turkey come to room temp and coat in melted garlic butter, stuff with apples/onions/garlic/lemon, and fill bottom of roast pan with chicken broth 4. Tie legs with butchers twine + tuck wings behind the breast and transfer to preheated oven on the bottom rack at 325° 5. Cook until internal reaches 160° (if skin is starting to get brown just cover lightly with tin foil) 6. Rest wrapped in tin foil for 1 hour, slice and serve Garlic butter recipe coming soon!
