Hope you’re all better now! Had it in 2019 from tooth inf spread to my ear. Did pt went away and now it’s back again and it sucks :(

My husband is a physical therapist, he tells me everyday how shocked his patients are when he fixes their vertigo. A PT can fix it in one session

I call the aftermath of bad vertigo “the Swimmys” not full blown spins but like I’m sitting on a boat. It takes a little time to settle if it’s bad.

Literally has PT for 6 months w my vertigo. I could not walk two steps heel to toe. Horrible, thankful that things are better now (4 years on)

Ear infection!!!! There’s a medical term for it but my sister had all the same symptoms as you. No balance and head spinning.

My vertigo problem is diff from you. But be careful when you push yourself. My vertigo would get worse again if I forced myself to do anything.

I hate to say it but it’s never gone 100%. It can pop up at any time. Prevention is key.

Google “half somersault maneuver”. It is the best for vertigo. Be careful to follow directions. It works!

Vertigo can be cured with just about 30 minutes of a very specific movement of the head when lying down. There should be a video about it. It’s simple
