In the US what a lot of people don’t know is that their fancy bakeries just thaw out frozen dough and then bake it. Very little is made from scratch

For the mist part, only posh bakeries in the US sell loaves of bread, from my experience 😅 Amish bakeries sell bread.

My bf always buys a sourdough. The local bakery doesn’t slice it. So everytime he slices crumbs go everywhere & he leaves it. I end up cleaning it up

In New Zealand bakeries don't have bread either.. I still find it weird.. they just hive pies and pastries and pre-made sandwiches!!

Why would you want a cut loaf 🤢 real fresh bread goes stale within 24hrs if you cut it 😂 it would be hard as a rock like a giant crouton

Same in the US. My nearest bakery has a small stand of maybe 3 fancy breads off in the corner. I’d have to drive 20 min to get to a bread bakery.
