@ryjewers: Replying to @Jazz When doing any unilateral (single-arm) lat exercise (cable or machine), we can rotate the torso slightly towards the working arm to stretch the lat more and provide more tension in the lengthened range by converging via horizontal adduction (bringing the arm across the body to mid line).
