Insert a cheese stick into the middle of each, then add a layer of the beef mixture on top to cover the cheese. Followed by Truff's Hotter Sauce, Press the edges to enclose. This should yield about four stuffed patties. 💫 Spread out a strip of cooked bacon on a piece of puff pastry sized just right to wrap one of the stuffed patties.
