@moveu: If y'all wake up with a stiff neck, here's a few basic exercises that can help you get back that range of motion so you can go about your day not looking like a troll. 🧌 Head Hanging - Hang your head off off the bed and relax. This can provide all around 360 degrees of traction. If you have serious medical conditions, you may want to refrain from this exercise. 👀 Supine Side Bend - Lie on your back and gently side bend your head to the left and then to the right. It's much easier to do this lying on your back than seated or standing. Supine Rotation - Lie on your back and gently rotate your head left and right. How many sets and reps should I do? We generally recommend setting a timer for at least 15 minutes, and completing 3 rounds of each exercise. Do make sure to hold each stretch for 20-40 seconds. 👇 Download the MoveU App for more customized stretches, pain relief routines, and training programs tailored specifically to your neck, back, and shoulders - You can claim your first week for free by clicking the link in our bio. 🗣 In addition, if you have questions about a specific pain or injury you can ask others in our community or even Dr. Mike himself during Live Classes! 🔥 #stiffneck #neckpain #shoulderpain #poorsleep #poorposture #posture #fyp

How do you stretch out the nerve on L3 or L4 in you neck? I have a pinch and pain runs up the back of my head? How do you fix that?
