@carmeninthegarden: I made a salad using radicchio and fennel from the garden. The anchovies, parmesan and walnuts balance out the bitterness of the chicory. The lemon oil I was gifted by @Brightland in the dressing really shined through! With a side of orange too - this orange was so sweet. To drink, I had some chamomile ginger tincture Justin made for me. #garden
