كلما اجتاحتك مشاعر الحزن أو الغضب أو التوتر، ‎فكّر لحظة قبل أن تغرق فيها. ‎اسأل نفسك: ما هي الفكرة التي تشتعل في عقلي الآن؟ ‎ما الذي تجعلني أشعر به؟ ‎كيف تدفعني للتصرف؟ ‎وما النتيجة التي تخلقها في حياتي؟ ‎عقولنا تكرر نفس الأفكار حتى نصدّق أنها “حقائق”، ‎لكن الحقيقة أن معظمها لم يُختبر أصلًا. ‎حين تبدأ في التشكيك، في التقليب، في قلب الفكر للنقيض، ‎تكتشف أنك لست أسيرًا، بل كنت دائمًا من يحمل المفتاح. ‎كل فكرة تعيد النظر فيها، ‎هي خطوة نحو حرية ذهنية كنت تظنها مستحيلة. ⸻ Any time you feel sadness, anger, anxiety, pause — and question the thought behind it. What am I thinking right now? How does this thought make me feel? How do I act because of it? And what if I didn’t have it? Most of our emotional suffering is rooted in unquestioned thoughts. But the second you challenge them, even flip them — you realize you’re not stuck. You’re simply believing a sentence in your head. You are not your thoughts.
