@cleezereport: The dress worn in film and TV for black men is about the Hollywood humiliation ritual for black actors. So the ritual doesn't hit the same for white actors as it does for black actors. Black men in film have always been hyper-masculine and over-sexualized even when the actor wasn't black ie 1915 The Birth of a Nation where the black actor was a white actor in black-face. So to show submission in Hollywood and achieve upward mobility most black actors must wear a dress or perform some other type of humiliation ritual on screen or behind the scenes. #hollywerid
