Honestly it gets so much easier. I had severe gas pain for 2/3 days after. I was up all night walking the corridors and swinging my shoulders😂 x

Well done you’re doing great. The apple juice is gross. I had op on Thursday and now at hotel. Once drains out you’ll feel so much better xxx

I’m 5 days post op and honestly it’s gets so much better ❤️walking is hard but keep trying as much a you can it’s does really help with the gas pain

And I know walking is super tough, I was almost throwing up constantly but it truly is the best thing. The more you walk the quicker you heal

my surgeon had me walking every hour after surgery .. I guess they all do things differently. try walking every hour for 10 minutes.

I am 8 days post op, I was really lucky. I had zero gas pain. The only pain I had was uncomfortable surgical site pain.
