yup…unfortunately realized have been wasting my time past 3 months into a new PT. labrum tear 3 years ago PT for 2 1-2 months back to close normal. tore again recently 3 months wasted my time….

The goal is to be independent by the end but sometimes you can’t continue because of insurance which is frustrating
