One of the reasons they don’t let you climb it is b/c it’s dangerous. Many had fallen in the past or had heart attacks climbing.

I climbed up this back in 1989!when everyone was allowed to climb it .. all they had to protect you was a chain going to the top ..

When I went there, you could climb it. We even got to climb up inside of it. If I remember correctly, there is a jaguar inside of it at the top.

there is absolutely no reason for people to react like this. they use to let people climb it. but because a few people got hurt they stopped letting people climb it. so why attack her? she did it at her own risk.

When I climbed it many years ago I thought why are we allowed to climb this ? It’s ancient and should not have all these tourists traipsing ⬇️⬆️
