I was induced with both of my children and my labors took 12 and 11 hours....72 sounds awful, but certainly not standard for all inductions....

I feel like I was blessed with my induction process, i was already dilated 3cm, was induced bc IUGR. It took 8 hours from start of Pitocin to birth!

I’m being induced on the 29th at 6am. If it takes a long time I’m not even gunna be mad. Time away from the house bring it on lol

From start to finish It was 51.5 hours for me , started induction Thursday night and I had my baby Sunday morning , it was very long and exhausting !!

Imagine if drs let women’s bodies do what they needed to do instead of pushing elective inductions. How fast labor would be then.
