Thinly slice and mince the garlic 2. For the sauce, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and garlic. Set aside. 3. Cook the pasta to al dente 4. Combine the garlic and olive oil over a medium heat. Cook the garlic until it is crispy and set aside. 5. In the same pan, add chili flakes and the beef. 6. Cook the beef for 2 minutes 7. Add the sauce to the pan and give it a good mix. 8.
