@nspsoccertraining: How to train by yourself👇🏼 1. Warm up — start off the session with a warm up routine. If you don’t know how to warm up, check out one of my recent posts showing a full warm up routine! 2. Dribbling — make sure to add in a dribbling activity into your session after your warm up that gets your heart rate up. This can used an extended warm up 3. Athletic — these activities are focused around improving your athleticism; footwork, speed and agility, sprint speed, extended fitness, etc. 4. Passing & Finishing — adding in some passing and finishing next to improve your technical ability with the ball. If you don’t know activities that work on this, check out my recent posts! 5. Fitness — these activities are primarily focused on improving your fitness/stamina. I have lots of posts centered around fitness! 6. Position Specific — these activities work on parts of your game in your specific position. (Example: Crossing for wingers and fullbacks, etc.) Check out our website!
