I'm also paralyzed (Feb will be 15yrs) and I had the same problem. I ended up getting a SP (suprapubic) catheter, it's the best decision I've made

Serious question. Wouldn’t it help to get a permanent catheter put in that way it will drain for you automatically. Maybe less infections.

I get UTIs as a paraplegic as well. Luckily a low.dose of antibiotics has worked so far,.. only 1 yr in. Sorry you are dealing with this.
