@al_dante_channel: Shrimp Scampi Angel Hair? 📕Recipe here: ❂ Ingredients: 120g. Spaghetti (Angel Hair) 5 Raw Shrimp cleaned 2 Cloves of garlic 3 Tbsp Butter 1 Shallot onion Chilli pepper to taste 6 Cherry tomatoes Parsley White wine 1/3 cup ❂ Cooking process: ⁃ Remove shell from shrimps. ⁃ Chop garlic, chili pepper, parsley. ⁃ Shallots cut lengthwise into thin strips. ⁃ Grate a tablespoon of lemon peel. ⁃ Cherry tomatoes cut in half. ⁃ Put a piece of butter in a well-heated deep frying pan and add olive oil. ⁃ Put the shrimp in the pan and fry on both sides for 2 minutes. Then remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside. ⁃ Put the shallots in the same oil and fry until golden. ⁃ Then add cherry tomatoes, garlic, chili pepper and fry for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. ⁃ Pour 1/3 cup of white wine over and simmer for a couple of minutes. ⁃ Add 2 Tbsp butter and melt it ⁃ At the end, add shrimp, add chopped parsley mix and add salt and pepper to taste. ⁃ Boil water in a medium saucepan. Salt water and add angel hair pasta. Cook pasta until al dente, that is a quarter of the time less than indicated on the package. ⁃ Add angel hair pasta to the pan and mix well.
