Just tell them you have a dog when you book and a driver who allows dogs will come. He could be allergic or scared of dogs.

If you’re traveling with a service animal the RESPECTFUL thing to do would be to get a pet friendly uber but some people don’t consider others

I really think regardless of the Law you should have to let the Taxi firm knows you have a dog what if they have a phobia of dogs?

She should’ve got UberPet. Not sure if most people but it exists esp in uk. Policy says rider has to have documentation and service dog harness.
