@santacruzmedicinals: Guys I sometimes do eat seed oils. Im not someone who never eats seed oils or tells you if you eat them you’re going to die lol. I just think making your main source of added fat a highly processed seed oil is a bad idea. I think people confuse my views with other creators often. Im pretty reasonable. I eat vegtables. I think unprocessed real food is what we are meant to eat, I believe high quality animal protein is healthy, I love carbs like sweet potato white rice and fruit. If you really look into what I do youll see its pretty rational. #santacruzmedicinals
