@marteeshafer: My 100th class taught in the hot room was a success. here's the completed flow- everyone loved it and my employee review couldn't have been better. so many nerves leading up but once I hit the mat, I was in the zone. I'm known for my my unique, challenging, but fun creations. I am so grateful to teach at a studio that allows me to deviate a bit from their brand to add diversity to our clients.
