I don't bother with the water, just put it in a tupperware container and shake gently tgen ot peels right off..

You have to put a little bit of salt in the water to boil eggs and hit the bottom of the egg to crack it so much easier I’m just the messenger

Try it with farm fresh eggs. That’s the true test. Those from the market are months old and easier to peel.

another way is to add a couple cap full of olive oil into the boiling water and a tad bit of salt.
