hii FTM here & got the ok to start my 4m on purees but I'm confused .. obviously it doesn't replace bottle .. but do I offer purees at every vpttle.feeding.. or just once a day . ?

it's better to start with veggies, as fruits are more sweet, which can make it harder introduce veg later. try brocolli, sweet potato, carrot.

Ppl get puree vs solids confused. 4m is ok for pureed foods. 6m for solid (without puree)
