@goldengracekitchen: 2/3 cup sugar 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp espresso baking powder 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup cocoa powder I used 3/4 cup and 2 tbsp GF 1:1 flour 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup light brown sugar 2 eggs (take out 10 min prior) 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2/3 cup boiling water to activate cocoa Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all dry ingredients in mixer, then add in wet ingredients one by one. Mix on medium for about 3-4 minutes until smooth and blended. Crush up 10-12 Oreos and place on top of the batter. Bake for 22-25 minutes minutes depending on your oven. Toothpick will come out clean when done. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes. While cooling, make your chocolate pudding. Once 15mins is up, poke holes in cake, then pour pudding into the holes. Place in fridge for 1 hour. Crush up 10 Oreos and mix with thawed out whipped cream. Spread evenly over cake and place in fridge for 2 hours then serve! #oreocake #pokecake #pokecakes #oreopokecake #christmasdesserts #chocolatecake #chocolatelovers #foryou #fyp #holidaydesserts #christmascrack #EasyRecipes #bakersoftiktok #delicious #damnthatsdelish #christmascake #holidaycame #newyearsdessert
