Control your bar. It’s not their space, it’s yours. As a follow bartender you need to stand ur ground and not be shy when it comes to kicking people out.

serve them their tab 5-10 mins before closing hours, helps them realize it’s time. If they ask for another say no unless it’s a quick shot.
