@aussiefitness: Easy & Healthy Low Calorie Sweet Chilli Chicken Tenders! 🔥🍗 Ingredients 👇🏼 - 500g Chicken Breast (raw - cut into 10 even pieces) - 70g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt - Salt, Garlic Powder, Pepper, Smoked Paprika - 50ml Light Soy Sauce (Brand: Kroger) - 90g Light Sweet Chilli Sauce (Brand: Ayam) - 10g Garlic - 10g Ginger - 20g Honey - 70g Crushed Cornflakes Bake in the oven at 200 Degrees Celsius for 18 - 22 OR Air fry at 190 degrees for 16 - 18 minutes IMPORTANT NOTES 👇🏼 - When coating the chicken in the crushed cornflakes use your fingers & press down on the chicken, this will help the cornflakes stick & not fall off. - Spray each side with light cooking oil spray such as Frylight for extra crunchiness & to also help the cornflakes stick & not fall off, especially when air frying. - When coating each piece of chicken in the sauce make sure to only lightly coat it & not drench it completely otherwise the coating can go from being nice & crunchy to soggy. #highprotein #lowcalorie #Fitness #healthyrecipes #EasyRecipe #highproteinmeals
