Def check out a dermatologist but alpha arbutin has helped me SO MUCH with discoloration & dark spots! I use the one from the ordinary. It’s $11!

Alpha Arbutin might help but follow @DrVanitaRattan she specializes in skin of color and I love her.. o don’t think you will be disappointed..
