@michelle.andrea__: If you have health anxiety you know you’re literally a slave to your thoughts. Every day there’s a new symptom and you truly believe you’re dying. It gets to a point when the psychological symptoms become physical and it’s a never ending cycle. The constant calls to 111 & 999, taking time off work and being scared to do anything and go anywhere. Being adamant the doctors are wrong even though you can see the figures yourself. It truly feels like a trap and you can get to that point where you don’t want to live with these “symptoms anymore”. please look up grounding techniques/therapy/medication. try not to body check/check your 02/heart rate regularly. it gets better x
