most money McDonald's makes is on fries. several dollars for some fries and a bag of potatoes at a cheaper price can get you 30 or more of those.guess

Some really fancy expensive restaurants don’t but they always have to put it on the menu. Also when the drinks come in a can or a bottle no refills

Some people do and some don't get a refill and ice takes a lot of room and fountain soda is dirt cheap. ice is water and cheaper.

And you can ask for a to go one when leaving at regular restaurants. lol Just had my server ask me as I was finishing my breakfast if I wanted to go Diet Coke. Didn’t even have to ask for one. 😂
