~1600 students in my school (IN)... we have 4 counselors and ONE social worker. 6 principals.

As a former Ind. student, I didn’t even know who my counselor was until the day before graduation when she asked me if my name was spelled right.

my counselor is great but he also knows he's busy and has limits. my school thankfully has dedicated social workers to help with students
