I was diagnosed with IBS via process of eliminatelion. They ruled out a bunch of other conditions and said it had to be ibs 🤷♀️

Oh I wish I could find a Dr who actually listens! As soon as they see I don’t have a gall bladder I’m dismissed. Not matter my diet, my guts hurt.

I have a combo of the 2. It sucks. I also suffer from cyclical vomiting syndrome. It's hormone related but my Dr's don't know much about it.

If other criteria are met, but abdominal pain is generally not related to 💩, should that exclude IBS as a reason for the pain?

I was just prescribed amitriptyline low dose (10mg) for my IBS. It helped my GI pain, but a side effect is constipation so trying to figure that next.
