@coach.bluee: Burn calories without running… You can burn a lot of calories more effectively than running. Running is not considered low intensity or high intensity steady state cardio. It’s actually considered Mid intensity. (MISS) cardio. At that intensity for a long period of time it will tear your muscles a bit making it harder for you to recover if you lift weights and run. That is why I’m not a fan of running anymore. Now… I’m also not saying that hit workouts like this one is my favorite either, but it is damn well the most fun and acutely really effective.
