Or be like me & wasn’t eligible for Short term disability because I was already pregnant. Also was not eligible for FMLA 😅 no money period

I did mines 3 months before my leave . And I called every 2 weeks making sure everything was good or if I had questioned lol

I did mine months ahead and they told me they would pay for early leave due to some complications. wont see a check until after the babys is born now.

I didn't have to do anything for mine....it was all on my doctor, I just had to pay them a fee to fill it out and then turn it in
