Mix until smooth. Take a cookie and spread some of the mixture on it. Place another cookie on top. Repeat the process until all the cookies are used. Evenly spread the remaining mixture on top of the cookies and smooth it out. Squeeze some of the mixture along the sides of the cake. Hold the piping bag over the cake and decorate it with the mixture. Decorate the sides with chopped hazelnuts. Place the cake, covered, in the refrigerator to set overnight.
