Omd that is so harsh. If the learner had full control of the car without confusing anyone on the road, then the learner did nothing wrong.

It’s also harsh that we have to keep our vehicles in a road safe condition, but the roads aren’t in safe conditions either with pot holes every 1/2 m.

It would make sense if they had no hands on the steering wheel. But if the left hand was on it and then they lifted the right it shouldn't be a fault.

I almost got a fault for having a sip of water at a red light. My instructor never once told me you can’t drink anything at all while driving.
